How to setup BCM43142A0

To setup the Bluetooth-card BCM43142A0:

  • Install kernel 4.0 (we've added support of this card to this kernel)
  • Download firmware BCM43142A0-105b-e065.hcd and save it to directory /lib/firmware/brcm/
  • Detect ID of your card via lsusb (for example, X:Y) and rename BCM43142A0-105b-e065.hcd to BCM43142A0-X-Y.hcd
  • Reboot your computer
